DAP Entertainment LTD – Terms & Conditions (All Services)

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking with DAP Entertainment LTD.
 No date, time, or service is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

2. Cancellations

All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the client cancels within 14 days of the event, the full balance may still be payable.

In the unlikely event that DAP Entertainment LTD must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued.

 

 

3. Payments

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.

Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in the service being withheld or cancelled without refund.

 

 

4. Setup Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring the following:

  • Adequate and safe space for all booked services

  • Access to a standard power supply (where required)

  • Safe, level ground (especially for outdoor events)

  • Suitable shelter for outdoor bookings

  • Safe access to the venue for setup and pack down

DAP Entertainment LTD reserves the right to refuse setup or continue services if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable. No refunds will be given in such cases.

 

 







5. Equipment & Liability

All equipment remains the property of DAP Entertainment LTD at all times.

The client is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties.

DAP Entertainment LTD accepts no liability for:

  • Injury caused by misuse of equipment

  • Damage to property caused by guests

We reserve the right to stop services immediately if equipment is being misused, abused, or handled without permission.

 

 

6. Conduct & Supervision

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times

  • Guests must treat all equipment, props, and staff with respect

  • No unauthorised persons are permitted to operate or handle equipment

If inappropriate, unsafe, or abusive behaviour occurs, DAP Entertainment LTD reserves the right to terminate services immediately, with full payment still required.

 

 

7. Service-Specific Conditions

(Applies to DJ, Karaoke, Photobooth, Photography, Entertainment Services)

  • Music requests are welcomed but not guaranteed

  • Volume levels may be adjusted in accordance with venue restrictions

  • Photobooth/props must remain within designated areas

  • Photography coverage is subject to event conditions and cooperation of guests

  • Balloon displays and décor are subject to environmental conditions

DAP Entertainment LTD reserves the right to use professional judgement in delivering all services.

 

 








8. Prints, Media & Digital Content

  • Print and media quality may vary depending on lighting, environment, and user interaction

  • Digital content (photos/videos) may be shared via QR code, email, USB, or download link where applicable

  • We are not responsible for loss of data due to technical failures, although every effort is made to prevent this

 

 

9. Timing & Access

Access to the venue must be provided at least 1–2 hours prior to the event start time (or as agreed).

Failure to provide access may result in:

  • Delayed setup

  • Reduced service time

  • No entitlement to refund

 

 

10. Force Majeure

DAP Entertainment LTD shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Power outages

  • Illness or injury

  • Venue issues

  • Government restrictions

 

 

11. Photography & Marketing

DAP Entertainment LTD reserves the right to use photos, videos, or media captured during events for promotional and marketing purposes.

If the client wishes to opt out, this must be requested in writing prior to the event.

 

 




12. Insurance

DAP Entertainment LTD holds valid public liability insurance.

Documentation can be provided upon request.

 

 

13. GDPR & Data Protection

DAP Entertainment LTD complies with all applicable GDPR regulations.

Client data and event media will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

 

14. Agreement

By paying the deposit, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
